Jefferson County Public Health is offering comprehensive physical screenings at four School Based Health Centers (SBHC) including a new clinic at Blue Heron Middle School opening this fall.

The screenings, required for student-athletes, are available at locations in Chimacum, Quilcene, Port Townsend and the new Blue Heron Middle School clinic. Appointments must be scheduled by calling 360-390-8590 or 360-385-9400. Students must complete required forms before their appointment.

The new Blue Heron Middle School clinic will open this fall, with appointment dates scheduled for August 20, 24, and 27.
