US 12 Bridge Repairs, I-5 Paving, and SR 9 Closure Begin

Starting Monday, August 10, travelers on US 12 over I-5 will encounter nightly lane closures for bridge repairs until August 20. The single lane closure will occur from 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night, with a detour using northbound I-5 and SR 508.

State Route 9 will close south of Mount Vernon Big Lake Road until 6 a.m. Wednesday, August 19, for fish passage installation. A signed detour will use SR 534, I-5, and SR 538.
